INFORMATION

• Everybody attending The Wild Weekend must have a valid ticket.

• After you buy your ticket you will get an email with your ticket number.

• Present your ticket number with your ID at The Wild Weekend check in desk.

• You will then be given a wristband to wear for the whole event.

• Check in desk will be on Friday & Saturday at the Victoria Hotel.

• You cannot transfer your ticket to anybody else.

• You cannot sell your ticket to anybody else.

• We will only refund a ticket under very special circumstances. You must email us direct.

• Advertised entertainment and events might change.

• Please wear cool, vintage, glamorous, fabulous attire.

• Day tickets may become available if the event is not sold out...but don't count on it!

 

COVID

• You must be Covid vaccinated to attend The Wild Weekend, certificate required.

• If you cannot attend due to restrictions you will get a refund or a credit to the next event.

• If the event is cancelled you will be given credit to the rescheduled event.

• You must wear a mask to all events.

• You must check in to all venues with the Service Victoria app.

• All events will be will ventilated and adhering to social distancing.

 

HOTEL BOOKING

• After you buy your ticket you will given a discount code for the Victoria Hotel.

• We highly recommend staying at least one night for maximum enjoyment of The Wild Weekend.

Covid Restrictions
Situation 1: If we can operate under the 2 square metre rule.
All events will proceed as planned.

Masks must be worn indoors when not consuming.

Mask exceptions are not permitted without a medical certificate.

All 3 Day tickets and 2 Day tickets will be valid.

Situation 2: If we can operate under the 4 square metre rule.
All events will proceed as a seated event with table service.

Masks must be worn indoors when not consuming.

Mask exceptions are not permitted without a medical certificate.
Priority given to 3 day ticket holders.
2 day ticket holders permitted only if capacity permits, otherwise refunds/credits will be offered.

Situation 3: If we go into lockdown and we are unable to host the event.

A rescheduled event will be programmed in as soon as possible.

All purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.
